FLORENCE — Two former employees at a state Office of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities care center in Florence were arrested after two separate instances of alleged neglect.
Deatrice Nichole Brown, 39, and Samuel Emanuel Hickson, 41, were charged June 17 with neglect of a vulnerable adult, according to a news release from the State Law Enforcement Division.
Both were employed as direct support professionals at the Pee Dee Regional Center in Florence.
