WMBF News reports that (WBTV/FOX Carolina) - Two men escaped from a North Carolina jail on Wednesday, officials said.
The FBI said the men -- Michael Lewis Miles Jr.
and Lishawn Knott -- escaped from the Vance County jail around 2 p.m.
Officials did not say how they got out.
Authorities considered both men “armed and dangerous,” and said they may be together.
They reportedly knew each other prior to their jail stint, and were being held on drug and gun charges.
