WMBF News reports that SCOTLAND COUNTY, NC (WMBF) - The Scotland County Sheriff’s Office said a death investigation has started.
On Sunday, deputies announced that they were called at 7:00 a.m.
to the area of McLaughlin Road for a person lying in the yard.
A dead man was found near the front door of the home and it is being investigated as a homicide, SCSO said.
