(WIS) - A ruptured gas line caused evacuations in Lee County on Monday.
Lee County Fire Rescue said crews responded to the rupture on the 400 block of Albert Street in Bishopville.
The department added that homes within the affected area were evacuated as a precaution.
Dominion Energy was also at the scene to asses damage and make any repairs.
Lee County Fire Rescue said crews will remain in the area to help.
