WYFF 4 reports that A Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, man is headed to prison after pleading guilty to an armed robbery that occurred last year at a Domino's Pizza location, 15th Circuit Solicitor Jimmy Richardson announced Monday.Senior assistant solicitor Seth Oskin said that Jamarre Clayburn, 24, entered an Alford plea to strong-arm robbery, in which he was arrested on Jan.

2, 2026.In an Alford plea, the defendant does not admit guilt but acknowledges a jury would likely convict based on the evidence.A judge sentenced Clayburn to 12 years in prison.

Clayburn must serve at least 85% of his sentence before he is eligible for supervised release.Myrtle Beach Police said Clayburn was arrested for entering the Domino’s Pizza location with a BB gun and demanding money from the register, taking approximately $88 cash.

According to officials, he did not admit his involvement but was identified by the victim in a photo lineup."This case is another reminder that taking things that do not belong to you is not worth a long time in prison.
