Myrtle Beach completes expansion of HTC Aspire Hub

WMBF News reports that MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - A coworking space in downtown Myrtle Beach has doubled in size, the city says.

Myrtle Beach City Government announced on Tuesday that the HTC Aspire Hub’s expansion project is complete.

City officials said that the expansion took the coworking space from around 5,000 square feet to around 10,000 square feet.

The expansion included new offices, a large assembly room, eight phone booths, more common areas to work, and more, the city said.

The hub offers day passes as well as long-term use of the workspace, with the city saying the expansion “offers much more room for white collar workers to use.” The State of South Carolina funded the expansion, according to city officials.

The HTC Aspire Hub is located 509 Ninth Avenue North.
