WMBF News reports that DILLON COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - A 39-year-old man was arrested following a shots-fired investigation in Dillon County on Friday.
The Dillon County Sheriff’s Office has charged William Christopher Clark of the Oakland community with assault and battery, first degree, and open container of alcohol.
Deputies responded to a report of shots fired in the area of Bunker Hill Road and Coreys Court.
Witnesses told deputies that a Black male with long dreads, wearing a blue shirt and blue latex gloves, had been seen operating a black Honda Accord in the area.
Witnesses reported the individual was believed to have discharged multiple firearms.
When deputies arrived, they observed a vehicle matching the description.
