WMBF News reports that FLORENCE, SC (WMBF) - A man is facing more than 10 charges after shots were fired during a family gathering in Florence.
Officers with the Florence Police Department arrested James Bines, 38, on Tuesday in connection with an argument during a family gathering on June 10.
Bines allegedly got into a fight with several family members at a home in the 1100 block of Harmony St.
when investigators said he pulled out a gun.
According to investigators, the other nine people involved tried to run away before Bines allegedly fired multiple shots toward them as they ran.
Police said they did not find Bines in the area at the time shots were fired.
