WMBF News reports that HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - Lanes of Highway 501 are currently blocked after a crash that sent one person to the hospital in Carolina Forest.
Horry County Fire Rescue was dispatched around 8:10 a.m.
to the intersection of Highway 501 and Waccamaw Pines Drive.
HCFR said one person was taken to the hospital with injuries.
The public is being asked to avoid the area for the safety of those on the scene and to avoid delays.
