Jury finds Florence man not guilty in 2022 deadly shooting

WMBF News reports that FLORENCE COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - A man who was accused of a 2022 murder was acquitted on Thursday.

The Florence County Sheriff’s Office charged David Andrew Jackson in April 2022 with murder in connection with a shooting on North Jones Road in Olanta.

Court records show that the jury found Jackson not guilty in a trial.

According to public records, Jackson still has pending drug charges.
