WMBF News reports that DARLINGTON, SC (WMBF) - Back-to-back shootings have caused residents in one Darlington neighborhood to want justice, safety, and change.

The shootings were close in location and happened within two days of each other.

The first shooting happened Friday on Guess Street, leaving a 19-year-old dead and a 6-year-old injured.

The second shooting happened on Saturday night, according to Darlington Police Chief Jimmy Davis, along Limit Street, less than a five-minute drive away from Guess Street.

The Limit Street shooting resulted in one person dead.

The county coroner said the victim was shot while inside their car.
