Yahoo Sports reports that District 2 teams return to action after a week off when the PIAA playoffs start this week in boys volleyball, boys lacrosse and girls lacrosse.
In boys lacrosse, District 2 Class 2A champion and undefeated Scranton Prep (19-0) will host District 3 runner-up Lower Dauphin (18-3) on Tuesday at 5 p.m.
1 in the state for Class 2A according to MaxPreps.
Abington Heights (16-4), the runner-up to Scranton Prep, will play at District 4 Selinsgrove (14-4) on Tuesday at 6 p.m.
The two teams met in a nonleague game to open the season.
Abington Heights defeated the Seals, 15-5.
