Hit-and-run driver sought after pedestrian seriously hurt in Marion County

WMBF News reports that MARION COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - A driver hit a pedestrian in Marion County Saturday night and did not stop.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol said an unknown vehicle hit a pedestrian who was walking on Zion Road and left the scene.

The crash left the pedestrian with serious injuries.
