WMBF News reports that DILLON COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - The FBI is offering $10,000 for tips on nine shootings in Dillon County that have killed five people since March.

The Dillon County Sheriff’s Office is leading the investigation, with the FBI’s Columbia field office assisting and offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the indictment, arrest, and conviction of those involved in the shootings.

What law enforcement sources had indicated is now official: many of the shootings in Dillon County are connected to an ongoing gang feud that began in March 2026.

The violence has resulted in five deaths and left multiple people with critical injuries.
