WMBF News reports that GEORGETOWN COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - Four men were arrested after drugs, weapons, and video poker machines were seized during a joint operation Monday in Andrews.
The Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics and Vice Unit and the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division’s Alcohol Enforcement Unit executed a search warrant at a home on West Cottonwood Street for illegal gambling.
The warrant came after a month-long investigation and led to the arrest of 4 men.
Glen Williams, 39 years old, was charged with multiple offenses, including possession of a weapon during a violent crime, trafficking in fentanyl, first offense, and six counts of unlawful possession of a slot/vending machine and unlawful games and betting.
Robert McDonald, Jr., 39 years old, was charged with possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, third offense, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, third offense, and failure to appear.
Silas McGill, 63 years old, was charged with manufacture/distribution of cocaine, first offense.
