Disagreement leads to shooting in Sumter County, deputies say

(WIS) - The Sumter County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting incident that happened between employees at a business on Monday, around 2 p.m.

Deputies responded to a business on U.S.

15 South and found one person who had been in a disagreement with another person, suffering from an accidental self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Authorities say the investigation is in its initial phase, and more information will be released.
