WMBF News reports that DARLINGTON COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - Deputies are investigating a death in the Florence area of Darlington County on Wednesday morning.
The Darlington County Sheriff’s Office said deputies are on the scene at the corner of Santee River Drive and Catawba River Drive.
The Darlington County Coroner’s Office and the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division are also investigating, the sheriff’s office said.
The sheriff’s office advised that this is an active investigation.
