(WIS) - As the June 9 primary elections draw closer, the early voting period is now underway across South Carolina.

Here’s what to know, with information provided by the South Carolina Election Commission: Early voting for the primary elections begins on May 26 and ends on June 5.

From that point, polling places will be open on weekdays from 8:30 a.m.
