WMBF News reports that CONWAY, SC (WMBF) - Conway Riverfest returns Saturday for its 46th year with organizers adding an American 250th twist.
The event runs through a fireworks show at 9:30 p.m.
Families can expect a kid zone, local vendors, and live entertainment throughout the day.
Organizers are adding a live re-encampment on the town green designed to highlight the history of America and South Carolina’s role in the Revolutionary War.
“We will actually have a live re-encampment set up on the town green.
They are coming in on Friday night, and they’ll be spending the night and be here all day Saturday,” Sarah Barrentine, Programs and Communication Coordinator, said.
