WMBF News reports that GEORGETOWN COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - A crash involving two vehicles, one towing a boat, has brought traffic to a standstill on Ocean Highway near Sandy Island Road Thursday morning.
According to Midway Fire Chief Brent McClellan, crews were called out to the scene around 8:50 a.m.
There are no injuries, McClellan said.
The South Carolina Department of Transportation’s traffic map shows standstill traffic in the northbound lanes for three miles.
A towing company is working to remove the boat from the road.
