WMBF News reports that MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - Carolina Country Music Fest wrapped up in Myrtle Beach Sunday night.
The four-day festival began on Thursday, with each day bringing in thousands to the festival grounds.
Bob Durkin, co-founder of Southern Entertainment, said this year’s festival was a success.
“I think Carolina Country Music Fest has blown away all expectations,” Durkin said.
He attributes the week’s success to the music, artists, weather and new additions to this year’s festival.
“We added a wellness village where you could do a cold plunge, oxygen bar, massage, and IVs, and that kind of thing, I think went really well, you know, people do out in the sun for four days, have a few drinks in them, so it’s a great thing to help them recover while they’re here,” Durkin said.
