HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) -- A four-vehicle crash involving a tractor-trailer has northbound traffic on Highway 31 blocked, Horry County Fire Rescue said Wednesday. The crash happened between Highway 501 and Robert Grissom Parkway, HCFR said. No one was taken to the hospital. Crews responded at 3:43 p.m. The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating.
