Sheriff Leon Lott announced the arrest of 27-year-old Andrew Pender after a pursuit that ended near 2660 U.S.
According to RCSD, deputies saw a black truck around 1 p.m.
Friday run a red light at the intersection of Parklane Road and U.S.
When deputies tried to make a traffic stop, the driver, identified as Pender, fled.
