England have recalled Ben Stokes, Gus Atkinson, Jamie Smith and Shoaib Bashir for the series-deciding third Test against New Zealand at Trent Bridge after a heavy defeat at The Oval levelled the series 1-1. Stokes and Atkinson return after missing the second Test for breaching team curfew, though both were cleared of violent conduct. Coach Brendon McCullum also dismissed rumours of a rift with Stokes.
